Dry areas are probably the blocks to the low off the East Coast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n The storm has brought rainfall from coastal New Jersey to Massachusetts, the moisture associated with this rainfall can also be viewed in a Total Precipitable Water (TPW) product.
