CIRA visit to NWS Cheyenne, WY
Dan Bikos (CIRA), Jorel Torres (CIRA), and Bill Line (SMCD/APDB) visited the National Weather Service Weather Forecast Office in Cheyenne, WY on 15 Feb 2024. During the visit, they shared new and upcoming satellite products, tools and training resources being developed at CIRA. They also had a discussion with forecasters regarding their use of satellite information in operations, and their forecast challenges.
