On January 30th, S. Lindstrom and K. Hilburn presented “GREMLIN and its use at the NWS Forecast Office in Pago Pago” at the TOWR-S Satellite Book Club. GREMLIN has been a vital tool for monitoring and forecasting flash flooding for American Samoa, which lacks a weather radar. The presentation provided some examples of GREMLIN usage at Pago Pago (Figure) and provided information about data access.
