The Tropical Cyclone PRecipitation, Infrared, Microwave, and Environmental Dataset (TC PRIMED) Artificial Intelligence (AI) Readiness team submitted a set of Learning Journey Jupyter Notebooks to the NOAA Center for Artificial Intelligence (NCAI) for review. The Learning Journey serves to encourage the use of NOAA data and to increase AI proficiency of the NOAA workforce. The TC PRIMED Learning Journey consists of six Python-based Jupyter Notebooks that demonstrate how to read and plot TC PRIMED data, perform a tropical cyclone analysis using TC PRIMED data, employ an AI-based approach on TC PRIMED data, and further pre-process TC PRIMED data for more complex AI approaches. Through the review process, NCAI will provide feedback on the Jupyter Notebooks to ensure they meet the necessary standards for public release. Upon the completion of the review process, the Jupyter Notebooks will be available on the NCAI GitHub page.
